Intel®’s Silicon Photonics on an Advanced Manufacturing Platform

Abstract

We discuss Intel®’s Silicon Photonics advanced fabrication advantages, highlighting the transition from 200mm to 300mm manufacturing. We use specific examples of the optical technologies to illustrate the advantages.
