Abstract

We report the first 1.6 Tbps (4×400Gbps/λ), O-band, 2 km IM/DD transmission system using uncooled DFB lasers and a sub-1 Vpp TFLN modulator operating at 160 Gbaud PAM8 under the 20% SD-FEC threshold.
