Abstract

Unlike many nonlinear devices, the time-interleaved DAC and ADC can be characterized by simple notch method accurately due to their unique nonlinear mechanism. By constructing equivalent model with measured noise spectrum, nonlinear system Q is estimated with 0.2-dB accuracy.
