Abstract

We experimentally demonstrate an adiabatic polarization-splitter-rotator on a monolithic SiPh platform. Our measurements indicate an insertion-loss of ~-0.42dB for TM input and polarization-dependent-loss of <0.1dB across the O-band, accompanied by a polarization extinction exceeding 45dB.
