A high speed optical holographic method for measuring retinal blood flow is presented. The three first moments of the envelope of the short-time Fourier transform of holograms enabled robust high spatial and temporal resolution mapping of Doppler contrasts from the flow velocity over a large field of view, which is shown in the visualization.
