3D rendering of live, 38-40 hour old, transgenic zebrafish embryo eyeball expressing GFP-tagged microtubules [Tg(XlEef1a1:dclk2-GFP)io008] captured with two-photon instant structured illumination microscopy. The developing eyeball displays a surprisingly dense network of cytoskeletal fibers that appear to curve tortuously throughout the volume of the lens. Image volume is ~60x 60x 110μm.
