Ultraviolet-A (UV-A) light-emitting diodes (LEDs) emitting at 325 nm based on a highly uniform structure of quantum-confirmed AlGaN quantum-disk nanowires (NWs) is described, and a feasible pathway for both a reliable and stable UV-A device operation is presented by the authors. This figure shows the probed device in operation during an LED power stability test. See Priante et al. Opt. Mater. Express 7, 4214-4224 (2017).
