The novel synethic route to the fabrication of fibrous-shaped CuO@CuS nanoporous structures by the laser irradiation of CuO powders in sodium sulfide (Na2S) liquid is a significant breakthrough in wastewater purification. This figure is an SEM image of the fibrous-shaped product by 30 min laser-induced fabrication. See Wang et al. Opt. Mater. Express 7, 3863-3874 (2017).
