Abstract

A novel practical scheme for implementation of the cascaded nonlinearity with surface-emitting second-harmonic generation in the Fabry–Perot cavity is presented. We show that such a scheme can be efficiently used for optical limiting and optical phase conjugation at a pump power of less than 100 mW.
