Abstract
Spatial heterodyne spectrometers (SHS) can achieve high resolution with excellent optical throughput. We demonstrate a planar waveguide SHS incorporating 64 asymmetric Mach–Zehnder interferometers and show measurements that verify resolution across a measurement range.
