Abstract

We demonstrate broadband wavelength conversion with a 320nm operating wavelength range and channel spacing flexible wavelength-division-multiplexing (WDM) multicasting from a 1550nm signal using a triple-stage cascaded semiconductor-optical-amplifier-based wavelength converter.
