In Section 3.1.1, 11^{th} line from the bottom of p. 10010, *V*(*x*) should be written as $V(x)=[\mathrm{exp}({k}_{2}^{2}{\mu}_{T}^{-4}{\sigma}_{T}^{2})-1]{(E(x)+1)}^{2}$.

In Section 3.2.3, second full paragraph on p. 10016, distributions of ${B}^{-1}(L)$ and $\Delta T$ omit the effect of the *k*
_{2} coefficient. It should be written that ${B}^{-1}(L)~N({k}_{2}{\mu}_{y}^{-1},{k}_{2}^{2}{\mu}_{y}^{-4}{\sigma}_{y}^{2})$ and $\Delta T~N({k}_{2}{\mu}_{y}^{-1}-{\mu}_{Tc},{k}_{2}^{2}{\mu}_{y}^{-4}{\sigma}_{y}^{2}+{\sigma}_{Tc}^{2})$.

In Section 5, 4^{th} line from the bottom of p. 10025, “…*appear* in emission mode…” should be written as “…*appear* in absorption mode…”.

In Appendix A, scaling property of lognormal distributions, 1^{st} line of p. 10029, mean parameter $c+\mu $ should be written as $\mathrm{ln}c+\mu $.

In Appendix C, p. 10032, expression for *V*(*z*) should be written as $V(z)=E({z}^{2})-E{(z)}^{2}$.
