Some presentational errors appeared in [1].

(i) Eq. (14) should read as:

(ii) The line preceding Eq. (16) should read as:

“and [g(z,κ,ψ,ω)]=-(p/2)δ(z-d)[(z,κ,ψ,ω)] where”

and in Eq. (16) the term [g(z,κ,ψ,ω)] should be replaced by the term [(z,κ,ψ,ω)].

(iii) Eq. (20) should read as:

(v) In Eqs. (29) and (30), the exp[(x cosψ +y sinψ)] terms should be deleted.

(vi) In Ref. [6], “sculptured” is misspelt.

(vii) The fourth occurrence of ω in Eq. (22) and the comma preceding it should be deleted.

(viii) Seven lines after Eq. (40), “right–handed” is misspelt.

The authors regret these errors, which do not effect any of the numerical results presented or conclusions reached in [1].
