Abstract

This paper presents a technique to determine the influence of deviations in the optical thickness and refractive index of each layer in the composition of interference coatings on the spectral response of reflectance. The proposed technique allows for comparing the influence of deviations in the layer parameters and determining the layer that most strongly affects the spectral response of the reflectance of a given coating.
