Abstract

A static high-precision goniometric device with a receiver and transmitter optical system with a field of view of 90°, which allows both the measurement of the angular coordinates of directions toward control elements with an error of 13′′ and the imaging of the reflector of the spacecraft antenna in any part of the orbit, is being developed. It is comparatively evaluated with similar onboard shape and position monitoring systems. The design features of the optical system of the device are determined. The main functional modes of operation are described.
