Abstract

An approach has been developed and a program has been implemented with a convenient graphical interface for making measurements of the parameters of brightness profiles along rectilinear trajectories on electron microscope images of morphological sections. The trajectory is traced on the digitized electron-microscope images by the investigator in the interactive regime.
