Abstract

This paper discusses a new technology for measuring the dynamic error of motion of a scanning mirror that operates in the line-frame-scanning regime. It presents the results of experiments that show that it is possible to measure the dynamic error of angular motion of the mirror to within 1<sup>′′</sup>.
