Abstract

This paper discusses interactions in systems of CdTe and CdSe quantum dots. The formation of aggregates is detected in a system of CdTe quantum dots and is a sign of the fact that their structure is ordered. The effect of a stabilizer on the optical characteristics of a solution of CdSe quantum dots is considered.
