Astrooptical monitoring of space under cloudy conditions

Abstract

This paper discusses the problem of observing space objects by astrooptical equipment through breaks in clouds. The main factors that influence this process are described. A technique is proposed for planning work on ground-based astrooptical systems under partially cloudy conditions.
