Abstract

This paper describes the features of the formation of measurement signals in a polarimetric ac magnetooptical sensor with a twist-type lightguide and algorithms for processing them. The results of modelling the sensor's reaction to the variation of the parameters of the sensitive loop are presented. The calculational characteristics are compared with the parameters of prototypes of the sensor.
