Abstract

The development of a program system for synthesizing and reconstructing holograms-projectors is reported. The objective of this work is practical implementation of a holographic variant of the photolithographic process in which the synthesized hologram functions as both the photomask and the projection objective. The program possibilities of the system and algorithms which are used in it are described. The results of successful testing of the system are presented. It is shown that the system can be used to optimize the synthesis parameters of holograms-projectors.
