Abstract
This paper presents the spectral dependences of the phase shift and the position of
the optic axis for three-, five-, and seven-component zero-order wave plates
fabricated from polymethyl methacrylate, which possesses artificially produced
anisotropy. Besides this, the dependences of the phase shift of the wave plates on
the angle of incidence of the rays and the temperature are presented, along with the
spectral dependence of the transmittance of the plates.
