Microscopes with raster illuminator devices

Abstract

This paper discusses questions of the construction and practical use of raster illuminator devices in domestically produced microscopes. An evaluation is given of the implementation of such devices in microscopes made by Nikon, and prospects of using raster illuminator devices in microscopy are discussed.
