Ion etching of holographic diffraction gratings on layers of chalcogenide glasses

Abstract

This paper proposes designs for original structures of holographic diffraction gratings on layers of chalcogenide glasses that make it possible to use ion etching to obtain high-quality quasi-triangular line profiles of the indicated gratings in a wide range of spatial frequencies.
