Abstract

This paper describes a compact speckle stimulator with a semiconductor laser radiator. The original optical system of the device forms a high-contrast speckle field with fractal structure of the active stimulus. The high therapeutic efficiency of the stimulator has been confirmed by clinical tests and by successful use in practical ophthalmology.
