Abstract

This paper discusses how various thermal regimes affect the volt-watt sensitivity of radiation anisotropic optothermal converters when optical transmission, volume absorption, and surface absorption occur. It is shown that they are promising for the implementation of the original "transparent-wall" method, which records radiant fluxes in wide spectral and energy ranges.
