Optical layouts of illuminator devices with an LED for microscopes

Abstract

This paper discusses ways to construct the optical layout of the illumination devices of microscopes when both a single LED with white luminescence and several colored LEDs are used as a light source in order to control the spectral characteristic of the illuminating beam.
