Abstract

This paper discusses crucial questions of astrophysics, solar physics, and geophysics, in the study of which the data of measurements of solar ionizing radiation, obtained by means of the apparatus of the Permanent Space Solar Patrol, must play a fundamental role. Special attention is paid to new approaches to the understanding of the physical mechanisms of solar, solar-terrestrial, and solar-biospheric phenomena.
