Abstract

Interference filters whose structure includes periodic repetition of five layers of three different film-forming materials are obtained by electron-beam evaporation in vacuum. A comparison is made between theoretical calculations for the case in which dispersion of the refractive indices and the absorption coefficients is absent and in which it is present.
