Antireflection of spectral-splitter coatings based on tin-doped indium oxide

Abstract

This paper describes interference spectral splitters antireflection-coated in the visible region and based on conductive layers of tin-doped indium oxide that make it possible to transmit the entire visible region of the spectrum more fully while maintaining high reflectance in the IR region. © 2004 Optical Society of America
