Abstract
A technique is developed for monitoring the fluxes radiated by the Earth in different spectral ranges in order to predict the climate-variation trends of the Earth as a planet. The proposed technique can be used in the interests of creating high-accuracy data support for on-board optical and optoelectronic systems and complexes. The technique is based on parallel monitoring of Earth’s radiation fluxes from two characteristic orbital points that lie on a line that passes through the centers of the Sun and the Earth—the first and second Lagrange points. The monitoring is carried out by means of cryogenic telescopes naturally cooled by radiation into cold space through the entrance pupil.
