Abstract

The mass media and the administration of St. Petersburg have pointed out in recent years that it is extremely crucial to develop new methods of combatting icy coatings on roofs. Thermal aerial imaging can be used as a preventative method of detecting sections of thermal anomalies on the superstructures of buildings where icy coatings may form.
