Measuring the angle of rotation of the plane of polarization by differential polarimetry with a rotating analyzer

Abstract

This paper presents a method of measuring the angle of rotation of the plane of polarization, based on differential polarimetry using the fast Fourier transformation. High measurement accuracy is achieved with extended indeterminacy of 0.0014°when the coverage factor is 3.
