Abstract

This article presents information on the development and investigation of a digital two-coordinate autocollimator that uses a CCD array as the photodetector and measurement component. It is shown that the calibration error at the edge of the +/-8′ range is 0.05″; the upper metrological estimate of the accuracy is found not to exceed 0.1″.
