Quality criterion for determining the optimum parameters of broad-band spectral splitters

Abstract

Using a spectral-splitting coating based on tin-doped indium oxide as an example, an attempt is made to estimate the optimality of the thickness of a coating that satisfies the requirements of adequacy of the overall transmittance in the visible and reflectance in the IR region.
