Light-induced and thermoinduced spectral diffusion in organic amorphous systems measured by hole-burning Stark spectroscopy

Abstract

Light-induced and thermoinduced spectral diffusion (LISD and TISD) are investigated by means of hole-burning Stark spectroscopy on chlorin in polyvinyl butyral films. LISD is inefficient in the investigated case. TISD is a thermally activated process.
