Abstract
We demonstrate the independent lithographic mode tuning by changing the holes around the defect area of photonic crystal nanocavities containing light-emitting quantum dots. The data have been verified by the three- dimensional finite-difference time domain simulation. These findings can be applied to realize encoded particles with large coding capability () for biosensing.
