High-power neutral-beam angular-divergence evaluation from spectrally resolved Doppler measurements

Abstract

All broadening effects that play a role in spectrally resolved Doppler measurements of high-power neutral beams are analyzed. It is shown that the beam angular divergence can be evaluated from these measurements.
