Potential Distribution and Localized Photoeffects in Zinc Sulfide Single Crystals

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

Potential distributions in synthetic zinc sulfide crystals have been measured and correlated with photoconductive regions found by light scanning experiments. Crystals having uniform potential distributions are found to have peak photosensitivity in their middle. An interpretation based on nonuniform light absorption is proposed.
