New “Offset” Method of Interpreting Spectrophotometric Curves

Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

Qualitative and quantitative analyses of light-absorbing solutes may be carried out rapidly and accurately by direct visual comparison of “offset” spectrophotometric curves linear in log log1/T and plotted on transparent paper. Only the final chemical analytical data are read; no explicit account is taken of optical parameters, and the curves may be plotted on gridless paper.
