Abstract

In this paper, a new autostereoscopic projection display using eccentric Fresnel projection lenses is proposed, which can integrate all parallax image sources on a single panel and is simpler than conventional autostereoscopic projection systems. The use of eccentric Fresnel projection lenses also guarantees intrinsically jointed exit pupils, which allow viewers to adjust the viewing zones based on their requirements.
