Not Accessible

Abstract

A new power-saving design using charge recycling technique on the pixel level is proposed. Design constraints are derived and design examples are demonstrated. Compared with conventional charging methods, this method consumes only half the power, the charging speed is faster and the aperture ratio is similar.
