Mass Spectrometer Analyses Using a Viscous Leak

Abstract

Suitable dimensions of capillaries have been given which will provide continuous sampling of gas streams at 100-1000 mm(Hg). Methods of calibration of these capillaries (viscous leaks) for mass spectrometer analyses are presented.
