Abstract

This article represents the first in a series of articles that will focus-attention on an individual and his or her accomplishments. The idea for such a series was suggested by Dr. Jenny Grasselli. She also recommended that Jack Koenig would be an excellent choice for our initial feature in the new series. If this series promises to be a success, the editorial staff—with thanks to Jenny—will take full credit. If not, it's all Jack's fault.
