Abstract

This note points out a missed correction to the math on p. 5648 of [Appl. Opt. 55, 5647 (2016) [CrossRef]  ].

In [1], a correction to inline math on p. 5648 was missed: “f=ϕ_2” should read as “f=ϕ2”. The article was corrected online on 18 July 2016.
