Desensitized Hologram Interferometry

Abstract

The possibility of using multiple-wavelength holography to obtain desensitized hologram interferometry is being investigated analytically and experimentally. A simple analysis has been performed, and its conclusions are supported by experimental results. These results indicate that the new techniques will extend by several orders of magnitude the range of displacements amenable to measurement to hologram interferometry.
