Frequency-multiplexed acoustooptic architectures and applications

Abstract

The use of frequency multiplexing to increase the utility of acoustooptic correlators is described. Space-integrating and time-integrating architectures are described and specific demodulation and synchronization applications including a novel coarse/fine synchronization technique using these processors are detailed.
