Measurement of Three-Dimensional Displacements by Hologram Interferometry

Abstract

It is possible to determine three-dimensional displacements by recording the three holograms of the surface from three different viewpoints and counting the fringe order numbers at each corresponding point on the surface. The experimental values obtained here follow the theoretical results well.
