Abstract

An intracavity frequency-doubled diode-side-pumped Nd:YAG laser has been developed. A maximum green power of 20 W was generated at 20-kHz repetition rate with 14.2% optical-to-optical conversion efficiency and 5.3% electrical-to-optical conversion efficiency.
