Ultrafast Spectroscopy of Single Molecules

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

Time correlated photon counting measurements on single protein molecules provide information on conformational dynamics. Time-resolved Coherent Anti-Stokes Raman Scattering (CARS) microscopy allows vibrational imaging and spectroscopy of biological systems with high sensitivity.
